A Multinational Company in The Bahamas is looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Business Operations to join their team!

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.

- 7+ year senior management level in similar role

- Strong analytical capabilities assessing data and generating insightful reports.

-  Develop the business scorecard and evolve on a quarterly basis. 

- Prepare annual forecasts and outline risks and opportunities

- Be able to analyse market trends and make informed decisions on areas needing business growth and development

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Very comfortable building executive level presentations, storyboarding, visualization.

- Excellent communication skills.
